This is the fastest and most effective way I know to lose weight:
1) Go on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet

It works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat (lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, heart-healthy oils)!. You don't want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss!.
2) Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water
3) Give up all extra sodium (don't salt your food and don't eat salty food)
4) Give up sugar (this is easy after the first three days)
5) Be active 30-60 minutes a day (the more the better for your metabolism and for burning calories)

In my opinion, the best protein shakes are the ones you make at home with a blender!. If you don't have a blender, you can find one pretty cheap at Wal-mart, Target, K-mart, etc!. Purchase a good protein powder at a health food store!. If you're trying to lose weight, use a whey product, otherwise just regular protein powder is fine!. Mix a scoop of the powder with 1-cup milk (skim to lose weight), 1/2-cup plain yogurt, and fruit--fresh or frozen!. The shake will be healthy and delicious!. It really depends!. What is your initial starting weight!? Depends on how much you weigh at the moment, deciding to go drop 10 pounds in a week is probably not the best idea!. If you wish to lose weight it's something that you will have to be committed to, otherwise you will find yourself putting it all back on!.

Diet shakes work in that they are used to substitute a meal!. Combined with exercise they are a great way to go about losing weight!. You said that you're too young, which is great! However it's very hard to answer your question on this here with the little information provided!.

If you are seriously obese, it may be wise to consult a professional as your weight might attribute to genetics or some sort of disease :) Dont get scared though!

I'm not going to tell you u shouldn't, because if you want to loose weight no one is going to stop it!. I'm going to give you some tips!. but i can promise you can loose 10 pounds!. first you have to eat fruits and veggies!. you need to forget about fast food!. try eating a really small amount of something healthy every 3 hrs!. don't eat any sugar!. and you have to exerciser a lot!. also drink plenty of water and after you eat any kind of food that contains fat, drink a glass of water with natural lemon juice, your body will have to use the fat that you has stored!. and good luck, and don't let anyone tell you u cant do it!. it may not be healthy!. but you can do it!. just try to life healthy and don't try to be loosing weight that fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of what you could lose in a week would be water!. If you diet too strictly, your body starts to digest its own muscles; much better to take it gently and use exercise and a balanced diet!.

fruits and veggies have a lot of fibre so its important for you to have that in your diet!. fibre helps your digestion so you dont clog up!.
