Question: Can you work out your boobs!?
I am a 19 year old female!. I am 5'9 and about 56kg!. I dont know how that sounds but i am pretty skinny!.
I dont have a flat chest or anything but i have little B cup breasts and want to know if there is any way to work them out!.
I know they're not a muscle so!.!.!.!.
and i dont want to put on weight!.!.!.!.
and also!.!.!.
what is the easiest way to tone up my body - and my breasts!?
because my body is really like soft and not firm at all
its kinda like jelly lol
but im skinny so i dont know im confused lol

no,(sadly) there is no exercise that can increase your cup size (boobs)!.!.!. do pilates and yoga to go through the easy road to toning your body (the long one!.!.!. about a year or so) or you could do exercise with 10 pound weights (2 sets of 5 repetitions a day) and runing 1/2 a mile, you will see resolts in the first 2 months (I think)!.

breast are all fat tissue!.!.!.you cant "work them out"!.!.!.at least not per say
you can do chest exercises!.!.!.!.but in time that will only make you appear more flat chested!.!.!.!.srry thats just the way it works for women
as far as toning your entire body!.!.!.only cardio will do that!.!.!.ie: running, swimming, etc!.!.!. 5 times a week on average
as far as your body not being firm!.!.!.what guy wants to hold a firm body!?!.!.!.lol!.!.!.as long as you are not fat theres nothing wrong with being soft to the touch

Well I'm a guy but from what I've read, that Pilates type of passive Resistance training is supposed to be helpful!. Also, when i worked i built my pecs, chest, shoulders doing weight training on what used to be called the Universal machine!. Dumbbell and free-weight weight training is good!.
