Good Weightlifting Routine?!


Question: Good Weightlifting Routine!?
I'm looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle!. I'm going to start going to the gym!. I'm going to do about 30 minutes of weight lifting and 30 minutes of cardio!. Mabye 3 or 5 days a week!. I need a good weightlifting/cardio routine!. I'm going more for the weight lose then muscle building!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Her's a pretty rounded setup until you find what you like to do and learn more!.

Day 1-Chest and biceps, 2-Traps and shoulders, 3-Legs, calf raises quads front and back (everyone hates leg day!), 4-Back and triceps, 5-Abs!.

Five days can be a lot!. Mix and match, I left abs for last because sometimes I would skip if I went really hard that week!.

Many people start thinning but like bulk once they start getting size!. More reps less weight tone and strengthen muscle (20-30 reps), more weight (and keep moving up) and less reps (5-12) for size is a good starting point!. Three sets should be good unless you are looking for endurance, lower weights more and add sets!. You will learn different types of weights routines and some fit you better than others!.

Either way, you will gain some weight at first if you are lifting!. I do cardio before your weights to warm up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
