Question: Please tell me y im sooooo sore!?
I have been walking for about 30mins and doing 50 cruches a night for about 3 weeks now, and i have beginning to c my pants falling off my stomach now!. OMG i am sooo sore in my stomach y!?!? My legs r sore to y!? Im doint this cuz i have to lose 10 r 15lbs b4 Nov 2!.!.!. Any ideals will helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Weightlifters are more effective when they work out one day and rest the next!. Taking a day off lets your muscles recover!. In fact, you may want to take a long weekend off right now because you have been overworking it!. Give the muscles a chance to heal!. Then, when you start back, pace yourself!. Maybe you can do crunches 5 nights a week, and then take the weekend off!. Experiment; trial and error until you learn what your body can handle!.

A good multivitamin may help!. Chromium and Selenium help muscles recover!. That's what weightlifters do!. I take Nature Made vitamins because they are high quality vitamins!. If the multivitamin doesn't help, then you can drink whey protein shakes!. That will surely help!.

Unless you worked out regularly before, your muscles aren't used to so much work!. Your abs are the one muscle group you can work every day!. Make sure to stretch before and after you work them, for 5 to 10 minutes!. It will work out some of the soreness that's already there, and help keep you from feeling sore later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
