Do a regular bench press with 3 sets and 8-10 reps, Same thing with incline and decline bench, don't forget to mix up your workout so your body doesn't get used to the routine!. Lie down on a decline bench and crunch up to get abs- Works great if you hold a plate against your chest for added resistance!. Your upper body will get bigger if you work your LEGS because then your body will release more testosterone/growth hormone which makes all of your body bigger :) have funWww@Answer-Health@Com

First, i like to start by warming up, i do this by running to pet shop and buying my dog a present

Then, for my pecs i just chill out and breathe deeply, this gives the impression of bigger pecs

Then for my abs i just grab a marker pen and dreaw on an 8 pack, the chicks won't even know the difference bro

For warmdown i walk to the tv and turn it on
