Question: I need to lose 60lbs by jan 1,08!?
OK im a girl and im pretty big i need to drop 60 lbs by January 1st!. I will try any diet out there butt i really need this weight to come off!. I walk to school and walk home that is about 20 mins of walking everyday i go to a Very big school so i am constantly walking up and down the stairs i take the stairs instead of the elevator SO my exercise routine is pretty good and i am going to start working out 30mins a day but i need help in my diet i do not know how to diet i am going to start drinking 8 glasses of water a day and i am only going to eat 200 calories a day i know it sound unhealthy but im in a dramatic stage right nowSOo can anyone give me some tips please i need to lose thisweightt Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!.!.well I am in your boat too lol ( although I am not that big, just chubby)!.!.!.

I was able to lose 5lbs a week!.!.!.I have learned a few tips, as I only do 200 calories a day as well!.!.!.

first!.!.!.

take a huge bottle ( could be an old milk jug!.!.thats what I use) !.!.fill this with water, and keep it in your fridge!.!.reason being is that you may have a habbit of opening the fridge alot even if you are not hungry!.!.so everytime you open the fridge, take a drink!.

if you have a sweet tooth, and you find yourself craving sweets, sip on some pickle juice!.!.yea yea I know its weird ( but belive me it works)

figure out the foods that have barely any calories in it for snacks!.!.!.for example!.!.an apple!.!.it takes more calories to eat the apple than it contains!.

You also have to realize that this is a life style change, not just a diet so be pre paired!.

another thing!.!.I found belive it or not a food journal helps greatly!.!.sounds stupid but it works, also, make sure that you know certain activities that give you a decent calorie burn ( if you burn more than you intake you WILL loose the weight)

belive it or not house chores / cleaning the house burns off more calories than running!.!. find other activities like that!.

p!.s = I wear 5lbs weights on each ankle every day, and take them off at the end of the day ( idk how much it helps, but its fun)

200 calories is more than "dramatic"!. It's not going to help you at all!. When you start to deprive your body of the nutrients it needs, it goes into starvation mode and actually starts to hold ON to the fat you're trying to lose instead of burning it!. If you really want to lose weight, eat a diet of around 1,500 calories a day, filling those with healthy grains, fruits and vegetables!. Skip all the junk food you're used to and try to avoid processed foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat that little your body will go into starvation mode and actually store fat more readily!. You will hurt your chances of meeting your goal if you eat only 200 calories a day!.

Sixty pounds by Jan 1st is a stretch but now impossible!. If you try to eat 200 cal a day!.!.you will not lose weight because your body will be hungry and your metabolism will slow!. You will end up failing for sure!!
If you are as active as you say you should be able to add another 30 mins of cardio or weight training!. Eat at least 1200 cal a day, you can really be satisfied and well fed on this amount of calories!. If you plan on staying active increase your protein as well as your fiber!. The protein will speed your matab!. and give energy, the fiber is to keep you regular!. Get on the internet and find a cleansing technique or buy a drink from the super market!. Just cleansing will usually take off a couple of pounds, do this at least once a month!. Then eat veggies, fruits, protein and fiber!. If you change your life style you will prevail!!! youre gonna definetely want to get more exercise in your schedule!. eat things low in sugar, fats, calories, you get the picture!. Try going organic (yes it costs more, but it will do wonders for your health, and you wont feel guilty to eat ;D something that tastes good) and run or even walk at least a mile a day aside from walking to & around school!. You can also get prescribed to adderall! look it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

not a good idea to eat 200 calories a day the way your body works is that once you stop eating your body goes into survival mode and it burns fat to stay alive but this also slows down your matabalism extremely fast!. i used to be over weight and i tried starbing myself and i lost 10 pounds then completely stopped loosing!. the way i lost i lost my weight was by having 5 small healthy meals a day!. First oatmeal or healthy cerial for breakfast, eggwhites are also good but stay away from the bleached flour like bagels, the a snack 3 hours later but it should be somthing healthy!. Then lunch like a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat break again stay away from the white bleached flour!. then 3 hours ater another healthy snack and for dinner try to eat chicken and a healthy starch like corn or baked potatoes!. Make sure u only have one serving for dinner!. This is really the best way to do it because ur matabolism is always running and burnung calories and fat good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I will start by saying that you don't have to eat only 200 calories a day (you will realize that you will feel MISERABLE if you do!.) But, you do need to steadily start to restrict you caloric intake!. Begin by reducing 500 calories this week!. One pound of fat amounts to 3,500 calories!.!.!.REMEMBER THAT! So, if this week, each day, you reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories, you should lose a pound of fat (or more - heavier people lose more fat!.) 500 multiplied by 7 (days a week) equals 3,500 (pound of fat)!. And keep it up!. EXERCISE too! This will help!. And eat more protein, less carbs/starches!. This will definitely help!. I lost 40 pounds one time within four months!.!.!.but I wasn't very heavy to begin with!. It just starts to roll off after a while(uncontrollably with me!) Then I had to eat, eat, eat just to gain back some weight! Anyway, you can do this!. Tell yourself you can and don't sneak bowls of ice-cream or cookies or anything!. Those are off guards for now!. Stick with healthy food!.!.!.you know what those are: Salads, fruits, veggies, yogurt, fish, chicken!.!.!.!. And keep this goal of yours in your mind the whole time!.
