How can you get your rear end to go from flat, saggy and mushy...to firm and lif!


Question: How can you get your rear end to go from flat, saggy and mushy!.!.!.to firm and lifted!?!?!?!?
Can you just firm by just doing leg lifts!?!? I know squats and lunges are the ideal thing!.!.!.!.but what if I just want to firm and tighten the almost non existent muscles I already have back there!? How many and how often!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The type of workouts you'll want to do are circuits mix with cardio!. This will help you to burn fat and develop muscle!. Keep with medium weight (not light, not heavy)!. Also in your circuits do some step ups with weight, running stadium steps is great, any stop and go sprints are great to!.

Then make a few minor changes to your diet and make sure you drink plenty of water and get your rest!. Try to do the circuit workout 2 times per week!. Sprint once per week on the same day you do stadiums!. Then do only intense cardio at least 1-2 other days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
