Question: Is it ok if you eat 4 whole eggs every day!?
Some people say cholesterol can be raised but my blood test was perfect for lipids!. I want to hear some nutrition experts advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, absolutely!. That myth should have been diminished a while ago!. In previous years the yolks of eggs were thought to significantly increase cholesterol levels, but cholesterol in eggs has been reduced since then!.

I'm no nutritional expert, but it seems to me the big trade-off for eating a lot of eggs is a high sodium diet!. If the rest of your meals are low sodium for the day, it shouldn't be a problem, but most diets suffer from high sodium already!.

I do know that if you use the egg whites of two eggs and one whole egg it turns the combined eggs into a protein!. does that help you any!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
