Question: What would you do!?!?!?!?
i decided to eat healthy but i keep thinking about junk food, what would you do keep eating healthy or eat junk food and start eating healthy on a different day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't keep putting it off!. Cuz you'll keep regretting it!. You want to start out small and not eliminate something right away because you'll just crave it!. Like say if you drink 3 cans of pop a day!. First reduce it to 2, then 1, and then finally eliminate it!. Trust me that's what I did and it's been 3 months and I've lost 40 lbs!. Just set your mind to it!. And like one thing I did was switched from eating chips to eating pretzels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should stop thinking and quickly fill your stomach with something healthy!. Thinking would only tempt you more!. Or do something that won't make you think, something that requires you to do something, like play a video game or some kind of physical activity!. It's better to act now so you don't think a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mix it up try to eat healthy, look up different foods and find stuff you like, but done beat yourself up when you have some junk once and a while!. I ts fine in moderation!. However if you look you may find some healthy stuff you like better than junkWww@Answer-Health@Com
