What day is better to start eating healthy?!


Question: What day is better to start eating healthy!?
Today, October 27th, or November 1st and why!? Yeah I am weird I admit I always blow my diet because of me not starting on a day I like!. what day would you say I should start eating healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you, I would start today!. Get all of your bad food/junk food out of your cabinets/pantry, put it in a box, and then put it in the garage or a closet or some such place!. It will give you something to do this evening, and something to look forward to tomorrow!. You'll feel good about yourself today instead of next week or the following week!. Plan a new grocery list, meals, etc!.

I think you and I both know that you don't blow your diets because of the day you start on!. No excuses!. :) One or two bad days between now and then won't make or break your diet in the long run!. So I can't imagine that there's a good reason not to start this evening (unless you already ate your last meal :D)!. Sorry if I sound harsh!. Just trying to be helpful by getting you out of that mindset!. I'm sure you'll do great if it's something you really want to do!.

Today!. Just set your mind to it!. Like set a goal for yourself and try to achieve it!. Like say you wanna lose 10 lbs!. by thanksgiving or something like that!. Nothing taste as good as you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
