iv been working out for 3 years now and iv gained abt 18 kg's(40 pound)
i was 120 pnds and now i am 161 anywayyy i had 6 pax b4 that was stikin out but now i have gained a belly , and i still do ab excersises but the damn belly wont go away, some ppl told me 2 do chardio but i bbarely do any chardio and i know myself when i do chardio ill start getting cuts and gettin ripped but i dont want that , so help plz Www@Answer-Health@Com

here's the answer you've been seeking!!! i am a former army d!.i!. and if you want to lose the gut,but not sacrifice muscle loss,or "get ripped" or "cut" as you said!.!.!.here's the secret!.!.!.3-things!.!.!.first hydrate,hydrate,hydrate!.!.!.drink about 10-13 !.*oz!. glasses of water everyday,especially before/during meals!.!.this will fill-up your belly w/ water and make your body think its full,hence less food intake!! second, walk,walk,walk!.!.!.do not run!.!.not yet!!! walking is the best cardio/aerobic/anerobic exercise known to man!.!.period!.!.!.lastly, rope-climbers!.!.!.if you watch t!.v!.!.!.alot, and lounge about often in the evening,during commercials lay flat on your back and then imagine there's an invisible rope protruding from your belly-button to the ceiling and use your hands in a "pulling" motion and simply sit up !!! repeat!!! remember!.!.!.legs laying flat-out in front of you!.!.do not bend your knees or lift your feet, a fe weeks of this combined w/ self-discipline and motivation and you WILL see the desired results!.!.!.!! guaranteed!! hoorah!!!!!!!! !.!.!.!.!.!.!.hope this helps!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend about 45-60 min of cardio per session if all you care about is losing fat!. Ab exercises will not help if you are doing those alone!. Basically what you are doing is exercising your stomach muscles, they are growing, and it is going to make you look fatter because you aren't losing any body fat!. Don't you have a treadmill!? You don't have to run as fast as you can for 45-60 min!. I normally do half of my cardio session running and the other half power walking!. Often 1 minute running, 1 minute power walking, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well Cardio is a great thing to lose weight!. But if you don't want to do that then I guess you should try going on diet!. Don't starve yourself just eat healthy food, withh less calories, cut down on sweets!. Don't eat late!. And do your crunches and push ups!. Cause if you still have fat then abs won't show up =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

it probably means that your body has trouble gaining any more muscles!. it's a case to case basis but i say that might be beer belly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
