Question: The half hour jogs!. Helpful to weight loss or not!?
I go on half hour jogs/runs everyday!. And I'm trying to lose weight as well!.!.!.do you think it's promoting weight loss if I don't do anything other than that!? But yeah that's what I basically do on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's while on Monday's and Wednesday's I jog for two miles!. do you think this is a good plan to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course they are helpful! Any amount of moving around is really, its just to what extent!. Still, I'd say they work out pretty good, but how much weight you can actually lose is still dependent on your eating habits and such!. the problem with running/jogging is it's more of a cardio workout-good for the heart and muscles however you will burn some calories but not much!. Trying to lose weight only by jogging will take a very long time without any form of dieting or other form of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walking 45 minutes a day is even good for weight loss :)
jogging/running for 30 is perfect!
