Question: Question for people with a strong stomach!?
I know that to have abs you can't have any fat around your belly!. But obviously you can't have ABSOLUTLY NON! Wondering, if you pinch your stomach, how far does your skin come out!?!?!? I have a tiny bit of fat around my belly but I can still dtretch a little but if skin!.
So how far can someone with abs stretch their skin!?!?!?

I had an 8 pack and could grab a decent amount and could pull it a couple inches!. You don't have to have superlow body fat to have abs though - I gained weight and I still have a six pack but I can pinch over an inch now lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
um i don't think there's a universal answer for this or anything but i'd say just enough to barely be able to hold it between your thumb and pointer finger!. but like i said!.!.!. prolly won't be the same for everyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com
You can still have abs and have fat on your stomach, you just wouldn't be able to see them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
