Question: What's the easiest way to burn fat!?

What helped me a lot was to cut carbs after 2pm!. I eat about 50 to 100 carbs at breakfast and about 100 at lunch and no more carbs after that!. The carbs I do eat are slow digesting like whole wheat toast or bagels, oatmeal, and I'll have some fruits and veggies!. I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks!. I'll cheat once a week or twice to keep my metabolism from dropping to low!. Eat every 2 hours and drink lots of tea!. I hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
