Jogging for a skinny 17-year old?!


Question: Jogging for a skinny 17-year old!?
Hey I want to start jogging every night to keep fit and to lose the very little belly fat I have to get a 6-pac!. In the next couple of months I'm going to start going to gym to work out (weights) because I'm pretty skinny!. I want to bulk up my whole body!. I am about 6ft 3 1/2 and 68kg (150 pounds)!. So I'm not sure how long or hard to run for, because I don't want to burn muscle!. I barely have any fat (only slightly on the belly because I haven't exercised for a while)!. Should a run fairly hard for a short period of time, or a moderate pace for a longer period of time!?

Since you don't want to lose weight, and your doing this just to get a little healthier before a work out program, fast walking would be the best for you, running can hurt your feet and sometimes your legs!. It only burns calories pretty much!. Fast walking is healthy as it brings your heart rate up a bit and you get a more all over workout on the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
