Weird eating habbits causing hair loss?...?!

Question: Weird eating habbits causing hair loss!?!.!.!.!?
Hi I have a quick question (serious answers from people who know what they're saying please!.!.!.)

I've just got some explaining to do, I'll try and keep it as short as I can!.

I've been overweight all my life!. I'm 22 and I've matured enough to understand how to lose the weight and why it is so bad for my health to be so overweight!. I used to weigh 130kg (286 pounds)!. I now weigh 115kg (253 pounds)

For the past two months I have drastically changed my eating habits, and have gone from no exercise (except short walk from train station to work) and eating junk whenever I wanted!. To now eating nothing until about 6:45pm (I know it's bad, i'll explain) at night and then again after I've come back from the gym at about 10:00pm before I go to bed!.

now this question is related to hair loss!. My father lost his hair, and so did his father, but my mothers father didn't lose his hair!. (he died at 39 from a heart attack, both my grandfathers did (even more reason to lose the weight) i think, so he didn't have much of a chance to lose his hair!.) My grandfather from my fathers side lost his hair before he died!.

Anyway!. It's only been in the last three months that I've noticed I'm losing my hair, and I know people can lose their hair from change of diet!.!.!. Do my eating habits sound drastic enough to warrant losing my hair!?

Or is this just my bad genes kicking in!. My brother who is a year younger has not lost his hair, and is not thinning!.

I've been taking centrum A-Z tablets to sort of make up for the eating habits!. I don't have time to eat in the morning, and I don't eat at work!. I'm losing weight though!. I plan on changing my eating habits, once I reach 100kg!. If this is causing my hair loss, will it grow back once I get back to normal eating habits, or am I damaging my hair

Sorry I know this is a long explanation, and a little tedious!.

Would appreciate some answers as to what's going on!. I'll eventualy go and visit a doctor about it, well prob next week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know a guy who had thinning hair!.
He needed calcium but because he was lactose intolerant and couldn't have milk!. Anyway, he started taking calcium pills once a day and his hair is thicker now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt that your hair loss is due to your diet considering your family history, being bald is not a bad thing there are many gorgeous bald men!. You eating habits are another story!. You cannot say you don't have time in the morning!. None of us have time for things we make time!. You need to get up earlier, eat a good breakfast, a fruit salad or some kind of salad for lunch, an early dinner, drink lots of water and do not eat once you get home from the gym!. Good luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
