Question: How can you lose weight but gain muscle at the same time!?
My friend is a really good baseball player, but he weighs too much!.!.!.he is 250, but needs to way about 200!.!.!.he wants to lose weight, but wants to get ripped at the same time!.!.!.i told him i would look into stuff for him!.!.!.he is gonna start taking hydroxy cut hardcore, but he wants a pre and post workout as well!.!.!.any suggestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
