Like someone else said, you get comfortable with each other!.
But for me !.!.!. when I am by myself I am more aware of how hungry I am, what I am eating and how much I am eating!.!.!. but when my husband is around its like I forget!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not all people gain weight after they get married!. The truth is most people gain weight when they get older probably from the slowing metabolism's rate while their body fat accumulated from years to years!.
People gain weightt for the most simple of reasons -- because they're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and they're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day!.
