That's a great question!
Believe it or not, I've yet to find a not-organic food that's been treated with pesticides, etc!. that has the same nutritional benefit of organic!.
The food that you eat begins in the soil!. Whether you're talking about a grass-fed cow or an orange - it all begins in the soil!.
The quality of the soil is directly proportionate with the quality of the food - if you put chemicals in the soil, that is going to infiltrate the orange and have a negative impact on the overall quality of the fruit!.

chicken and pork benefit from being organic as cheap pork and chicken is produced in awful conditions!. beef and lamb live outdoors anyway, and organic rearing isn't much different from standard commercial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
