cutting out all junk food and only eating healthily

30 mins of brisk walking in comparison to no exercise at all

Please understand that only way to reduce weight is by aerobic exercises and cutting down your carbohydrate intake and controlling calories!. When you do aerobics exercises , it burns free glycogen in your body, and if you continue to do exercises body has no option but to break down fats on tummy , thighs etc!. So a good and quality aerobic exercises is the best solution for reducing weight!. So whether 30 mins of brisk walking is sufficient for you or not depends upon how much you eat and how much of fat is accumulated in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly!.
