Women should eat cottage cheese the 1 or 2% kind it's a great source of dairy and aids in losing weight as well as eggs!. Cut back on the carbs and starches!.
I add spice to most my meals this raises your metabolism!. And Popcorn for snacking the air popped non buttered kind!. But I splurge once in a while and add real unsalted butter!. If you have to have butter stick with whipped butter it's 50 calories for 2 Tbsp!.

eat carbs so you have energy to exercise!. eat lots of veggies and fruits (salads and dipping veggies in ranch dressing mmm :) don't even look twice at fast food!. try to stick with food that you can make at home!. and of course when you go grocery shopping you'll benefit from buying diet foods and low fatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is how i have lost weight and kept it off!. basically it consists of lean protein, fat free yogurt, lots of salad, fruits and veggies, and granola!. a little cheese helps keep things interesting and nuts help supplement your protein!. check it out - i hope it works as well for you as it did for me!.

There are good fats and complex carbohydrates you need during an effective weight loss program!. A good article to help you reach your goal is "Healthy Eating Tips for Weight Loss!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

After my daughter was born 13 months and three days ago, I didn't worry about the weight!. I figured it would come off when it was supposed to!. After a couple of months I got tired of my maternity jeans and pants, especially since the panel of the jeans could be seen, even with my long shirts!. By December, I was finally able to fit back into my size 14 suits and jeans!. (The suit pants were more comfortable than the jeans!.) By April, I could finally squeeze into my 12s!. Now, I'm 15 pounds less than what I was when we conceived!.

I do not diet!. I do not exercise (which I regret)!. I eat what I want when I want!. I eat after seven, even after ten some days!. However, I just stick with whole real foods!. I don't eat dairy and eggs or meat!. (I think the commercials claiming that diary helps in losing weight are funny!. I don't eat dairy and I'm freaking skinny!. Go figure!.) I read labels and do everything I can to not eat enriched flour (fancy wording for white), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup (I'm aware of the commercials and think they are funny, too) hydrogenated oils, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors, anything that looks as though it was created in a lab by man, and not in nature by God!.

Some days I probably consume over 3,000 calories, perhaps more than my parents-in-law, my sister-in-law (with whom my husband, daughter and I are living; He has a Master's degree in a field that is lacking, but no job; Go figure) and my husband, who does good with his food!. I'm just the only one (other than my daughter) who does not have health problems or is overweight!. My SIL is a vegetarian, but she does eat junky foods, like Oreos (for breakfast even), potato chips and drowns her salads with fatty, creamy dressings!. And she wants to lose weight!. Go figure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
