Will I lose weight by December if I do this regularly?!


Question: Will I lose weight by December if I do this regularly!?
I want to lose quite a bit of weight in time for christmas as I'm moving to a different school and it's a performing arts school and it's going to be quite intense!.!.!.so I need to be slim and fit!.
This is my schedule for every week until December!.
Monday : Jogging 30 mins
Walking 30 mins
Tuesday: Swimming 1 hour
Wedensday: Tennis 1 hour session
Thursday: Swimming 1 hour
Friday: Jogging 30 mins
Walking 30 mins
Do you think I will lose a lot of weight by that time!.
How much do you think I would lose, roughly!?
I'm doing all this and eating very healthily!.
Tell me what you think and if I'm doing the right thing!. Any other suggestions would be helpful too!. Thanks! =D

but just keep in mind its not all exercise, also your eating habits!.

If you combine those two (exercise + eating healthy) then heck yes, you will be losing plenty of weight by december!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging and walking!? I would imagine that if you are not already in pretty good shape, this is going to be very hard, and you might even give yourself an injury!.

I suggest doing a little less of everything, and adding a couple of Pilates sessions to strengthen and tone your entire body!.

I would think so!. I do know that swimming exercises most of ur body!. some ppl think gymnastic are better but its actually over stretching ur body so dont do gymnastic for exercise!. But u should stil do stretches every day after exercise!. U should do it after cuz it wast ur energy doing it first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but make sure you combine this with a healthy diet, or your efforts will be futile!.

I also suggest getting a wii fit!. I lost a lot of weight using it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is all good but it all comes down to eating the right thing First start with your drink if you really wanna lose weight only drink water sounds boring but it helps cleans your inside and helps you skin and the best part of water is if you fell like snacking drink water it feels you up so you dont have to eat all that junk!. second breakfeast if your gonna have toast only have brown and for cereal no sugary cereals just plain fibrery like all bran or weetabix third lunch and dinnner fill your plate/lunchbox with most vegatables and fruit, and a little meat!.
dont listen to people when they say no pasta no rice blah blah blah you need everything otherwise bad things can happen!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.good luckxx
