Question: I avoid all milk, how can I get sufficient calcium, and how much of "it" do I need!?
Answers:
Calcium is widely found in many foods!. Almonds, Brazil nuts, hazel nuts, sesame seeds, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, oranges, lemons, rhubarb, oysters, prawns, salmon, sardines and scallops are all good sources of calcium!. I'm not sure what the recommended daily intake is but if you eat a wide variety of foods every day including some of those I've mentioned, you should be getting enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calcium can come from many sources, not just milk!. When I was younger I suffered from a calcium deficiency which caused excruciating pain when participating in physical activity!. My chiropractor recommended that I take a calcium and magnesium supplement!. He said that if I take calcium without the magnesium then the calcium wouldn't be absorbed as well!.

One product I found that is a great source of calcium is acai berries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can take calcium supplements if you won't just eat dairy!. Assuming from your avatar that you are a woman aged 19-50, the RDA for calcium is 1000mg (or 1 gram) to avoid osteoporosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you avoid milk, you can sure take supplements such as pills!. You can find them at your pharmacy!. Each person is different so you should consult your doctor on how much calcium your body truly requires!.

Good luck!
