How to lose 10 cm of my hip circumference and make my chest "look" ful!


Question: How to lose 10 cm of my hip circumference and make my chest "look" fuller!?
Hi! I want to lose 10cm of my thigh area-->http://www!.consciouselegance!.co!.uk/image!.!.!. (not me in the picture)
but at the same time make my breasts look fuller(i am a 32B cup)!. I've already become 19years this month and I know my bust won't become any bigger(genetically my familly is that way too so!.!. :'-(
Anyway, it's kinda hard to keep eating ballanced and lower my fat percentage, i always want to eat something fatty-even 1 teaspoon of it!. Don't know it's really difficult to cut it off!. At least I'm staying the same at my weight (110-112pounds)!. But I get tired too fast and then i need at least 2 days quiet to feel energetic again!.!.And I have a problem my skin once becomes dry the other too oily!.That's why i can't stop eating fat at all!.I see people eating fruits everyday and never get that tired(!?!?) I always eat something to feel fuller can't live only with veggies!.!.I have a year-problem of constipate & I get too often mouth ulcers(soo painful!.!.) I take vitamins but it seems like nothing is happening!.(at least i'm not getting sick)Only if i eat fat& proteins or fat& carbs i become better!.!.!.(!?)
I reeaally want to look toned and stronger and healthier and sexier!.What should I eat and how much should i excersise to keep the result!?

Sounds to me like you need to start by asking a doctor how you can eat more healthfully!. It may sound like a waste of time but my friend consulted hers and lost a lot weight that way!. Next I think you should start by tightening and toning!. Free weights will help with that, and as it is always said if you're trying to burn fat, then you need to start running! If you're not ready to run that much, that's okay start small!. Run for maybe one lap, or half, then walk or fast walk the next!. Fruits and veggies are great but if you're miserable eating them try new ways to eat them, google different healthy recipes maybe!. I know you'll crave sweets a lot at first but you need to give yourself time to adjust and get used to things!. Other than that just start slow and try not to take it fast, three pounds a week won't seem like much but it'll add up trust me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly!. It seems you can't control eating fatty foods!. Then exercise more often and more vigorously!.
Use a push up bras for your breast!. Also there are inserts made out of silicon which make you look larger and quite natural but you have to buy a bigger size bras to accommodate the inserts (cost about $30)Www@Answer-Health@Com
