The latest diet discoveries are:

-- eating eggs for breakfast (or just a full breakfast) makes you want less later in the day!. (Don't eat eggs every day, but do make a bigger meal of breakfast!.)
-- drinking 3 glasses of low-fat milk each day helps you lose weight
-- fiber fills you up, so eat more vegetables, especially heavier ones (squashes and root vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower - not just lettuce)
-- drink enough water (it does NOT have to be 8 glasses a day) - it will expand the fiber you ate
-- fats satisfy!. You want to keep your total daily fat intake low, but make sure to have some at each meal!.

Bowl meals are an easy way to get in the veggies!. You fill a bowl with some rice or pasta and top it with a stir-fry or casserole of all kinds of veggies and some lean protein (chicken, fish, shrimp, beef, pork, tofu, beans) and a sauce!. Since it's all lean, you can spend some calories and fat on a good sauce!. It could be a Chinese soy sauce blend, spaghetti sauce, curry sauce, a light cream sauce, even a cheese topping!. Or do a stew, chili, salad!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to eat smaller portions, especially complex carbs, protein and fat rich foods!.!.there is NO limit to the amount of fruits and raw veggies you may include in your diet!.!.!.just make healthier options and as for exercise, combine cardio and toning exercises!.!.!.dont count calories, drink enough water and keep pushing yourself!.!.!.God bless youWww@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't need to be smaller portion sizes!. It can maybe even be larger! You just need the right foods!. More protein based foods, like skinless boneless chicken breast, light tuna, and fish!. Add vegetables!. Limit fruit intake!. Eat more fiber-based foods, too, as carbs!. Drink more water!. Sometimes weight gain is a result of not eating enough!Www@Answer-Health@Com
