To lose weight.......?!


Question: To lose weight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Is it better to do lots of cardio and some weight training, or is it better to do more weights then cardio!? I want to lose about 15lbs, and I have always thought that cardio is more affective!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are looking to lose weight, then do more cardio, but, make sure you do do some weights!. You need then to get that toned look (as opposed to the anorexic look) Plus, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn doing just nothing!. Basically, for every 45 min of cardio, do at least 15 min of weights ( 1/3 of the time you do cardio)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
