Odd ball weight issue?!


Question: Odd ball weight issue!?
I eat practically nothing!. i used to weigh about nothing!. i gained like 30 pounds!. i tried to diet with exercise but when i did that i started feeling dizzy and getting bad heart burn!. Exercise isn't the bother but trying to diet makes me feel sick!. I only cut down on things that are supposed to make you gain weight!. i did that for about a month and only lost two pounds!. You solved your own problem in your first line, "I eat practically nothing"!. Tell me something if you put "practically nothing" in the gas tank of your car, how far would you go!? Answer, not very far at all!. I'm really not trying to beat on you, but I think this is like the 7th or 8th time tonight that I've told someone that in order to lose weight, there is a certain calorie threshold that cannot be crossed, when you do your body goes, "omg, I'm starving! Hang on to every calorie I can find" and it does and you don't lose weight!. As for the dizziness and heart burn, that was your body!.!.!. 1) warning you and 2) trying to digest itself! I mean, if you are not going to give it food, what else can it do!? Might I suggest some healthy food, lean protein, complex carbs, good fats and enough of them to let your body relax a little and stop trying to cannibalize itself for calories!.
