Blackberries: Low in calories, the insoluble fiber helps digestion and which helps eliminate toxins faster!.

I just eat what I like!. I don't consider some to be "better" than others!. They're all healthy and natural and delicious!. I'm currently eating some carrots!. Later, I'll either have green beans or a broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix (whatever my husband wants)!. I'll probably have an orange and eat some of the apple sauce (which isn't as good as a whole apple, since it's been peeled and purred, but we use it for baking), for my bedtime snack, I'll have some strawberries and blueberries!. I'll probably have a couple of veggies with dinner, too!. Maybe a boiled potato and either the green beans or the veggie mix that I didn't have this afternoon!. Pretty much any, but take it easy on the potatoes!. The problem most people have is ruining by adding fatty things like salad dressings and cheese to them!. As a general rule the very best for you tend to be dark green leafy veggies, cooked tomatoes, and anything that's a bright yellow, orange, or red color!.
And don't listen to those low-carb wackos that tell you not to eat fruit!. Especially if you are exercising in any way, you need complex carbs!.

pretty much anything excluding potatoes ( starch) i personally eat alot of broccoli!. Watch beans because they cause bloating!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
