Nowadays I see a mix of both!. 30-40 years ago, I would never be able to say that!. Compared to when I was younger, there are far more overweight people today!.
The western diet is a killer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One problem is that people's perceptions of "normal" have become so distorted that no one is ever satisfied no matter what they look like!.

It is normal for some people to be fatter than others, just as it is normal for some people to be taller than others and some people to be blonder than others!. Now, sure, some fat people are fat because they overeat, and some skinny people are skinny because they are anorexic!. But some skinny people eat all the time and never gain weight, and some fat people eat very little and never lose weight!. Genetics!

You can't tell just by looking at someone's weight how healthy they are!. Fat people can be healthy or unhealthy, skinny people can be healthy or unhealthy!.

Unfortunately, the current "OMG OBESITY EPIDEMIC!!!" (which happened when they changed the definitions for what qualified as obese, making a third of the US obese overnight) combined with Hollywood promoting super-thin actresses combined with magazines using tons of airbrushing and other photoshopping techniques!.!.!. means that people are very confused these days about what is normal, what is healthy, what is natural!.

That leads a lot of people to damage their HEALTH by trying to change their WEIGHT!. It's very sad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the people I see are either average or a bit overweight!. I seldom see girls who look anorexic!. But I think obesity is becoming a huge problem, more so with my generation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
