Question: How to stop cylce of binge eating and live a normal life!.!?
Ive had major issues with food for many many years now!. Ill eat heathly one day or two, and then binge for the next few days!. Food affects my entire day and thoughts!. Im consumed with what i should and shouldnt eat!. I need some type of support and advice!. By the way, I do exercise every day!. Help Please!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stress about being hardcore healthy for those two days!. If you want to eat healthier overall, try to make it a more gradual process!. Try to make sure you're eating balanced meals!. Try to eat lots of veggies - green peppers and stuff like that!. Instead of dip, eat hummus or something like that, something not as high in fat but still tasty!. If you're more into the 3 square meals approach, make sure they're large enough meals that you won't be snacking in between!. If you do snack, and you're into chips and such, try eating hard pretzels; they fill you up!. Also - don't feel like you have to take sweet stuff out entirely!. If you try to take out junk food entirely, of course you're going to go into quasi (or total) withdrawal!. Again, gradually back out of it!. And it's important to give yourself a day where you CAN binge in a week!. It's something to work towards, in a way, and it means you'll enjoy it that day!. And maybe you can work it down to just not needing that kind of structure!. Choose, like, wednesday, and allow yourself to eat wings and cake and stuff like that haha!. OMGosh! You sound EXACTLY like me! Okay, here is what I do:

1!. I plan the nighht before in my head what I will eat for the next day
2!. When I think of eating junkfood, I remind myself how unheathy it is for me and how guilty I will feel afterwards
3!. When I want something specific, I go for the healthier alternative, examples:
Cruchy - kashi crackers or veggie chips or nuts or carrot sticks
Sweet - fruit, yogurt
4!. If I eat good all week, I reward myself with ice cream at the end of the week
5!. If you are eating something unhealthy, try having something healthy with it, example:
Ice cream with bananas

I think it would be best for you to see a professional, or at least get someone who can actually help you and tell them about this!. You won't get any trustworthy answers from here!. I believe you will be able to help yourself by talking to someone in person; someone who truly will and can help you!.
