A good Exercise Plan?!


Question: A good Exercise Plan!?
I am 14 and play soccer and have P!.E every other day for 90 min!. (Yes we actually do stuff, like running and play sports) So over all that about 560 min of exercise a week( about 9 hours and 30 min) including practices and games!. But I feel like I am over weight and I really want to exercise cause I like it but I am to lazy to actually do it!. I weigh 110 and I am 5' 1" my body is 20% fat which i don't THINK is bad but still!. Even so I don't think I should be weighing 110!. Even if I don't need to lose weight I would love to exercise everyday for feel good reasons!. (the sense of accomplishment) so if you know any good exercise plans for a 14 year old please let me know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
