I am 13 yr old guy 100 lbs!. I do tae kwon do!. I want to know how to get stronger more defined muscles in a few weeks only using 2 10 lb dumbbells and push ups crunch situps etc!. how could i get abs tri and biceps by say christmasWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dude!!! I am your number resource!!! When I was your age!. All I had was one 10 pound dumbbell and with two months of doing nothing but push-ups and curls (with the dumbbell), I was able to intimidate everyone in my school (high school)!.
All I did was curl a 10 lb dumbbell in one arm every hour beginning with 30-40 reps!. Then I switched hands and did another 30-40 reps!.%Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lift the weights and do all sorts of weird movements and ****!. Whatever is hardest!.
Use principles of leverage: The further you have to move the weight, the more work it is!. The further away from you it is, the harder it is to move
With pushups put your feet up on something!. The higher your feet are propped up, the more you'll have to work!.
