What should you eat before and after gym?!


Question: What should you eat before and after gym!?

About an hour or 2 before you go you should eat some complex carbs to give you energy, i!.e!. pasta, spagetti, sandwich!.!.!. and after you should have some form of protein to help build up the muscles i!.e!. eggs, fish, protein shake!.!.!.

You should have a carb and protein balance!. I do soy milk and a banana blended together!. You could do regular milk and a banana if you do not like soy!. After I do a large protein shake or a large soy milk!. The protein helps repair your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat carbohydrates (energy foods) but you would want slow releasing carbohydrates like pasta so that you will have a decent amount of energyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would only eat something small before gym and something small after then regular meal like an hour later!. if you eat a lot right before or right after you will get an upset stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
