Question: I keep dropping wieght drastically HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!?
i play soccer about 5 days a week
and its all good healthy balanced meals

but i've gone from 108 to 94 in the last week in a half 2 weeks!.
it is scaring me badly

u need to eat more im having this problem tho i only lost 3lbs and im trying to gain weight im just eating like crazy like 6 500calorie meals a day for me and 200g protein like 350g carbs 70g fat or soWww@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!. By your picture, you look extremely pretty and old for your age!. Like an 18 year old, if you worked at it!. But I'd suggest you take protein vitamins, and eat food that stays on you!. No rice, less bread, and more meat!. Hell, sushi would work I guess if you really like grains!. Now, if you're less than around 4'6 or so, don't worry until your ribs are showing!. Until then, just try to keep up on the protein and bone-sticking stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you are having a difficult time meeting your caloric needs, especially if your workouts have gotten harder!. Also, make sure you are using the same scale and weighing yourself at similar times during the day!.

Ultimately, this is a drastic change!. You need to speak to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
