What toning exercises i can do for my problem areas?!


Question: What toning exercises i can do for my problem areas!?
I've lost 100lbs, with 2% arm fat, 7% inner thigh fat and 3% stomach fat!. I am 5ft 11in!. and I went from a size 22 to a size 8 in 8 months with hard exercise and strick diet plan!. I am a faithful when it comes to exercise and there's no limit and i've tried everything but i still have those stubborn problem areas!. I do 150 sit-ups a night for the last 8 months!. the area of concern is not excess skin to much just more of toning up and tighting my body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do these at home without special equipment!. I would suggest 15 minutes or so each night should be devoted to target exercises!. It's also important to be patient!. Your skin will need time to adjust to the new you! Toning will take place for some time!. Just keep up the activity and good eating habits and you'll see improvements for 6 months to a year!
