Which one should burn fat quicker?!

Question: Which one should burn fat quicker!?
Would you be more likely to lose weight running for 25 minutes at 4!.5-5mi/h or lightly jogging/walking for 45-50 minutes at 3!.7mi/h!?

I seem to lose weight faster/notice results faster when jogging/walking at 3!.7mi/h (6km/h) for a longer period of time than jogging at 4!.5-5mi/h (7!.5-8!.5km/h) for a shorter period!.!.

That happens because speed isn't really a factor!. Speed is only if you want to loose water weight fast!. They problem with that is you gain it right back quickly!.

If you job for say 45 min!. rather then running for 20!. You are giving you muscles more of a workout!. and you are steadily raising you endurance level!. just plain old walking everyday will lengthen you leg muscles and you will see a big big difference in a month!.

So i would say jog it up! and make it fun! that is is the key!. Have fun!. listen to music bring a friend!.!. la la la and all that Jazz!.

and a lot if you want to know if you are running at the right speed, here is a trick!.!. if you can sing with out and trouble, you aren'tt going fast enough!.!. so speed it up alittle!.!.

This is because those are two separate zones!. The walking zone keeps you in a Heart Rate % that is most associate with fat burning, while the running keeps your HR high so that you're more likely to use fuel from raw carbs rather than fat!.
Also!.!.5mph is NOT running!. And 3!.7mph should be walking!.
You'd actually gain the MOST benefit from doing BOTH in 20 minutes!.
For example, 1 min walking @5%inc, 3!.7mph, then 1 min "running" @5% inc, 5~8mph (I like 9mph), switching through every one minute until you think you can't do it anymore!. For me, that's around 20 minutes!. This is called HIIT (high intensity interval training) and it burns more fat than any of those above workouts alone!.

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less and workout more, the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think!?! Most likely it's because of how long your heart is beating!. Someone that sprints just a couple of yards will have a fast beating heart!. A heart beating 120 times is in the weight loss zone!. But it doesn't help much if he sprints once and soon the heart goes back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
