Is what im doing to work out OK?!

Question: Is what im doing to work out OK!?
ok first i try to eat some protein and carbs!.
(mainly a lot of peanut butter)

then i go in my room and do bench press until i cant push up anymore!.

15 lbs on each side so a 30 lbs bar bell!.!.!.(i weigh 120 and im 5'11, 15 years old)

then i do some curls, again until i cant do any curls no more lol!.

and maybe i would do some sit-ups and stuff!.

what else can i do so i can get buff for the Ladies!?

i kinda already have a 6ish pack!. ppl may say a 4 pack xD
dont say im too skinny to be working out lol!. because im not all that small!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, peanut butter, while containing a certain amount of protein, I think its like 8 grams per 2 tbs, gets more of its calories from fat, admittedly the right kind of fat, but it should be eaten sparingly!. Better choices of protein, chicken breast, tuna fish in water, salmon, eggs (7 grams per egg I know, but easier to digest)!. and (dare I say it, fat free cottage cheese, 15 grams of protein per 4 ounces ain't bad)!.

As to your workout, how many reps in each set (exercise)!? Your aim should be to lift so that you can only do 8-10 reps before you fail, then decrease the amount of weight and do it again for two more sets (groups of 8-10 reps), decreasing the weight slightly each time!. Are you doing any lower body exercise (squats, leg extensions,etc), i!.e!. calves, glutes, thighs or exercises for your chest shoulders or back!? If you are interested in an overall better body, read some on the site below on the major muscle groups and how to work them correctly!. I mean, its great to have a six pack or even a four pack but either one with chicken legs or a small chest just looks silly!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to work out your lower body!. The muscles you do work will lag moderately until the muscles you don't work catch up!.

When I had a six-pack I did 1000 sit-ups a day!.

I was really skinny like you!.!.!. best advise!.!.!. do BIG excercises with BIG weights!.!.!. but be Careful!.

Bench press
Olympic squats (taking it over your head)
Stuff like that!.

If you get intense about it!.!.!. break it up into days!.

Chest, back
bi, tri
legs, shoulders
abs, lower back

thats a really good routine keep it going very day but remeber you have to eat healthy to o try eating lots of greens ,vegetables and LOTS of fruitWww@Answer-Health@Com

what you are doing is fine but i have some suggestions!.
might seem a little weird, but it worked for me!.!.!.
so i have a rope that was in my house since i was a baby and i would play on it!.
it has various knots, with a loop for my foot at the bottom!.
i would grab the top knot with my non dominant hand,
grab the second to top knot with my dominant hand,
and flip myself upside down&straighten my legs!.
not even kidding,
this is a GREAT workout for your abs!
it's a lot of fun, it gives you some crazy talents, easy, and it gives you abs faster than regular crunches!.
it's just more fun!
i have a six pack and i have for a while just by playing on this rope of mine a bit each week and maintaining it!.
after you get your six pack,
you'll definitely be able to get on the "rope" less&less and still keep up the muscle!.
i'm not kidding about this; it'll work!.

you can bolt the loop to anything!.!.!.a tree, whatever!.


OK to gain muscle mass you need to do less reps with more weight dont do it till your arms fall off that will only cause tears in the muscle which in the long run will not do anything but set you back so to gain muscle do at least 4set of 12 the first set make sure its light use it to warm up your muslces for the 2nd , 3rd and 4th sets it should be heavy enough to where by the time you get to the 10th rep you cant do it anymore but make sure you finish out the sets of 12 no matter how hard it is!.!.!.!.also when you workout try an workout 1 or 2 body parts a day and dont go the same body part everyday after awhile your body will become ammune to these workouts so change it up!
