How do you make your hips smaller?!

Question: How do you make your hips smaller!?
Answers:
Hips asin yor bones!? well, unfortunatly, this is genetic, you would have to have somehing even more ott thenplastic srgeory- you would actually need bones cut apart- not recommended and the liklihood of infction and bone problems -to a disability level, would be very likely especially when you are older!.

If you are talking about loosing any fat, well, unfortunatly there too, you cannot spot reduce fat!. You loose it all over!. So you will be more or less in the same proportion as you are now just smaller if you loose weight!. (if its any consolation, I have the exact same thing with my stomach- I get asked if I am pregnent daily!.)

If you want, you can tone up the area, doing excercises like squats, (make sure you keep your upper body upright do NOT bend your upper body at all-back straight, upright, as if you have aplat balanced on your head!.) Running, star jumps, swiss ball/core stability excercises, yoga, ciruit classes!.!.!. but bear in mind musle lives beneath fat, if you bump up your muscles in a way to tone them, the fat layers above that will appear more plumped up, not because you have gained weight, but beause you have made more muscle so remember o combine cardio (excecise that raise your heart rate high/makes you really sweat) wth milder forms of excercise to get the desired effect!.

You dn't say your age, are youin your teens!? its very normal for a women to get hips- its about hormones, the oestrogen in your hormones is actually what makes your hip larger ten they were before you got your period/grew up, its a healthy sign tha you are able to have kids and that is a good thing, many women would kill to be albe to have kids!Www@Answer-Health@Com
