Question: Calorie intake for a teen girl !?
How many calories does a 15 year old girl need whose 5'7, 140lbs and not very active !? And should i lose some weight maybe !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know the answer to this!.!.!.!. get active!. adjust your diet to more vegetables, fruit and less fats and only a trace of fast food (like on a weekend outing, and then no no supersizing!. Active does not mean track!.!. dancing is good so is walking trot or jog with a friend!.
5'7" and 140 is not thin but it is a long way from (fat) lose a few pounds slowly (no need for pain)!. Get some small weights and work out while you watch tv!. You can do it!.!.!. I do it everyone who wants a healthy life does it to some extent!.!.!.!. you can enjoy life slimmer just as well as not!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating about 1000-1200 calories per day!. That's what I'm doing to lose weight =\
