Question: Can't stand exercising!?
but i really need to lose 10 pounds befor halloween! i know it bites, i can't fit into costume any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel compelled to tell you that the healthiest option, and my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy!. That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc!. That is how you should eat for life!

The second option is to do a short-term "drastic diet" that is designed to last for 2 weeks max!. This would take off the most weight rapidly!. You get to pick what you eat, but you're going to want to pick highly nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working efficiently!.

Ten pounds is alot to loose by Halloween!. Could you just get a bigger costume!.

I don't like mindless exercise, but do enjoy boxing workouts!. I would suggest trying to find something physical u like to do, even walking around the block is good exercise!.

Exercise can be fun!

I don't like to "exercise" either, but I do like to walk! I know it's exercise, but it's enjoyable!. Find a nice place and walk every day!.
