Healthy, sugar/fat-free treat food: a sin or a blessing?!

Question: Healthy, sugar/fat-free treat food: a sin or a blessing!?
You know what I mean:
* the 'healthy' menus at junk food places
* the nachos with celery and carrots in it
* the fat-free and sugar-free yoghurt

what do you think of the stuff!? ruining decent food, or an option for the bettering of society!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well lots of "healthy" marketing has been put into a lot of unhealthy foods so that isn't great!.
And when you say sugar free there are a lot of products that contain suraclose and phentatamines which are really unhealthy because they're artificial and have been linked to cancer but I'm not sure of the accuracy of that but they aren't really " healthy!. " They are composed of lots of chemicals!.
There is no fat free AND sugar free yogurt really, its either one or the other but theyre adding more of what isn't free into it, or its loaded with artificial sweeteners so that isn't good either!.
I think overall its not really that great because lots of the marketting is false and people who eat things like fat free yogurt will eat a larger portion thinking it is allowable, and okay!.

It is bad because they mislead people into thinking they are eating healthier when in reality it is still the same crappy trans fats and processed carbs!. People who want to make a meaningful change to their diet get sucked into these scams!.

It would be nice to see actual health foods - raw fruits and veggies, lean meat choices, whole wheat instead of processed breads!. But I don't see a fast food place with lean beef or turkey burgers on a whole wheat bun!. The price would be a little too high and would cut into their margins!. Processed food is too cheap and therefore easier to push on people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ANYTHING sugar free is not bad for you, period! There are lots of treats made sugar free that aren't bad at all, especially when your taste buds get accustomed the way they did with sugared sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The things you have listed sound nasty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they are merely better 'cheat meals' ,nothing else!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
