Question: Lose weight through eating no carbs for 2 months!?
okay so im 155 and a size 9, im 12 yrs young btw; and i was wondering how much weight i could lose eating no carbs for a 1-2 months!. I would excersize twice a day for a half hour using an ab lounger and i take like 2 hr!. walks with my friend each afternoon!. I was wondering if this would be enough to make me lose around 43-53 lbs!? and if you could give me some sites that have foods w!. no carbs that would be great because i want to do it healthy and i dont need a lecture thoughh!.

Don't go without carbs for 2 months, you will lose too much muscle and you are still growing so it would be much worse than an adult doing it!. You can go without carbs for a couple days at a time and then carb up, then go back to no carbs for 2 days, etc!. You will lose weight fast so there is no need to go zero carb for 2 months straight!. Foods without carbs are meat, fish, tuna, cheese, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese has few carbs, but remember you need some carbs for energy and you will burn them off if you eat them in the morning!.
