How much more weight must I lose to have visible six pack abs?!


Question: How much more weight must I lose to have visible six pack abs!?
I'm a boy, almost 17 years old, I'm 5'10" and I weigh 135lbs!. For years I've had this annoying "pouch" of fat below my bellow button, and I've been running for a couple years and it won't go away! I also have a little bit of fat on my stomach above my belly button!. How much more weight must I lose to get rid of this annoying fat and get visible six pack abs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to improve your eating habits!. period!. crunches or whatever will not melt the fat away!. they will build the abdominal muscles, but if you have a layer of fat on top of them, you will never see them!.

but if anything, it sounds like you need to GAIN weight/muscle!.

think HIGH protein, MODERATE fats, and MODERATE carbs!.

and lift weights! get active and stay consistent!. it takes time!. body recomposition takes patience!.

you dont need to lose any weight!. you're kinda light for your size!. you just need to do tons of ab work!. you dont just want a visible 6 pack, you want it to look big and thick!. if you just took fat away from your body, you would have a skinny 6 pack and it wouldn't look much better!. eat protien and do 5-10 sets of 100 chrunches a day!. thats what i did and if you do it every day nonstop then you will see results in a matter of weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

it takes a TON of sit ups or crunches to develop a 6-pack!. You will also probably need to limit the fat, sugar and sodium in your diet (no soft drinks)

You say you've been running but don't list anything else!. If you aren't working your abs, you won't have fabulous abs!. Sorry!. Additionally, if you have a poor diet, you aren't going to see results!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont have to loose weight you just have to do crunches and situps try around 100 or so 3 to 5 times a day!.!. it will eventually come off and watch what you eat it wil come off and youll have sexy abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are already thin enough!. Try kickboxing 1 hour 3 times a week!. Also, do leg raises!. Lie on your back and raise both legs at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
