Question: Help, can't make myself eat!!?
I'm 22, I have been under a lot of stress lately, and I now have severe depression!. I have lost ten pounds this last week because of the stress and my inability to eat!. I know how bad this is and what's worse, I need to start taking Omega 3, a good multi vitamin, and a mineral supplement as recommended by my psychiatrist!. But I need to take these WITH food or else I get sick!. But when I try to eat, I feel gross and sick!. My stomach is just so sensitive right now!. Is there anything that I can do!? Any foods I should start off with!? Any advice!? Because I'm starting to feel really dizzy!. And I don't want to gain weight back all of a sudden either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating soda crackers with your pills!. Soda crackers are what pregnant woman use to calm their stomachs when suffering from morning sickness!.

Try some light soups, a handful of nuts and other such light delights until you're feeling better!. At least you'll be getting some nourishment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try very bland things first (I have a sensitive stomach too and when this happens it sucks) and cut out dairy!. Drink a lot of water, eat a lot of crackers!. Do that for a week or two, then start eating fruits and vegetables again!. Do that for a week or two, and start adding other foods!. Add the other foods slowly though otherwise your stomach will get upset!. It takes a while, but it works pretty well!.

Also, try taking some zantac when you feel yourself getting sick!. It helps a bit!.

I'm going through the same thing!.!.!.!.I have started eating a little!. Just focus on your health when you get ready to eat, don't think about the depression and don't think about your stomach!.!.!.just eat for your health!. Start by eating something very small or by drinking a heavy drink!.!.!.have a milk shake or a smoothie!. Just start out small and try to get your appetite back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try roman nodles
!.!.!.there good to eat jus not daily try too each them only like wtice a week cause all the starch and sodium!. its a light meal
but i think it will aslo help balance out your weight

Have some oat porridge with honey and if possible, fruits!.!.
it doesn't have lots of calories, low GI and filling in a soothing way!.!.!.
compared to meats and stuff!.!.!.
it's loaded with vitamins that you need so badly right now!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest eatting some light foods like a light egg soup

you can also try some tofu, it's healthy and soft

start out easy and then move to harder foods ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

now it's very hard ! but start off with half a green apple cored and stuff like that go slow eat something that makes you feel fresh take you're tablets with a glass of iced water and half an apple or another fruitWww@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to see a doctor that doesn't give you medicine at any sign of a sickness but rather gives you natural remedies to get better Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just need to calm down!.!.!.
my advice is pick a day were you can have a little alone time to your self and on that day take a nice hot relaxing bubble bath light a few candles and while your relaxing in the bath bring your favorite food with you and it doesn't have to be that you can bring chocolate covered strawberries ect!.!. turn on some nice relaxing music or you can even go out and buy a cd that's the sound of rain which i think is really soothing and just relax
Also one more thing that relieves a lot of stress is sex so just try and Relax!.!.!. Hope this helps
