Answers:
-Stop 'dieting' and start living!. Look at all 'diets' as a life style change!. You need to be able to do this on a daily basis for YEARS, not just weeks, or you'll become the classical yo-yo dieter!.
-Fruits don't fill me up either!. Try 2 cups of steamed mixed vegetables and 4 ounces of chicken instead!. The goal isn't to be full but to be satisfied!. 3 small chicken wings and fruit rollups aren't very filling!.
-Aim for protein!. Chicken, tuna, fish! Go crazy!. A whole pound of skinless boneless chicken breast is ONLY 400 calories!. Considering a choco cookie is about 200 calories each, and only about 2-3 ounces, while a pound of chicken is 16 ounces!. You should only need 4-6 ounces of it to fill you up each meal!. 4-6ounces=24~35g of protein!.
-You don't need to cut out carbs!. Just make them whole!. Buy double fiber muffins (I love oroweats double fiber english muffins!), whole wheat bread, oatmeal, etc!. Carbs aren't the enemy here!.
-You can STILL enjoy your cookies!. Just in moderation!. Instead of downing 10 oreos, have one!. If you know if you have one oreo you'll go back for more, stop buying them or tell your parents to stop buying them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you could try eating whole grains-not all carbohydrates are bad, just the highly processed ones!.
If you are very active you really don't need to be on a restricted diet anyway-just eat a healthy, varied diet and stay active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
