First of all you are not fat!. Girls tend to call other girls fat because it is really hurtful exspecially when you are really self concious as everyone is when they are twelve and thirteen!. One of the cheepest ways of making yourself feel less insecure is by making others around you believe that they are more flawed then you!. It is not nice but we have probably all done it at some point or other!.

Infact no one is fat people can be underweight, normal, overweight or obesse!.
