Are there any health benefits to drinking plain black tea?!


Question: Are there any health benefits to drinking plain black tea!?
I know everyone is in to this tea or that because of the "healthy benefits" they offer, but what about a cup of fresh brewed lipton tea!? I usually do not put anything in it, but sometimes I'll add some honey or lemon!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
