The heart woman is correct!. But going a little further with that is those calories can be good or bad!. Yes, weight is weight!. 3500 calories does equal a pound, but where do you think 3500 calories of ice cream will end up!? I've eaten as many as 5200 calories a day and still not put on much weight!. Of course there not ice cream calories and my workouts are intense so I 'm using a lot of them for energy!. My goal with that was to add at least six pounds in three months, but I wanted at least four of those to be muscle weight!. So weather loosing or gaining, chose those 3500 wisely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
