I feel like im not getting any stronger?!


Question: I feel like im not getting any stronger!?
Can anyone give me some advice!? I feel like im not getting stronger at all!. I started seriously lifitng at the begining of summer, but my bench press really hasnt increased all to much, 10lbs maybe and idk, please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Strength in my opinion is not measured by the amount of weight you can lift or put up!. So to that part of your question, strength is a state of being and a state of mind!. If you believe you are getting stronger it will help motivate yourself to do more!.

As far as actual lifting and building muscle!. In order to build muscle you need to rip your muscles by using heavier then usual weight, or otherwise its known as "maxing out"!. If lets say you bench 140 lbs and want to get fit, you just do more reps of 140 lbs!. However if you want to get stronger!.!.then you raise it to lets say 170-190 or so and make sure your getting spotted by someone!. What happens, is that the extra weight wont allow you to do as many reps, however it will tear your muscle and allow your body to heal over those tears in effect growing you and making you physically stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working out everyday, that is bad!. your muscles need time to grow and relax!. when resting( the day after working out) eat lots of food full of protein, protein helps the muscles grow and thicken!. The bigger muscles means the more weight you can lift!. I had your same problem!. But do alot of reps, use a little bit of weight!. I put 145 on the bench and i do about 50 reps!. But also for alot of people, bench is really hard to get up!. remember, the muscle you use for bench is small, it will get tired easily, so let it rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really need to life up heavier weights!.

if u can lift up 8 easy then go heavier u need to struggle to get 10 reps,
and if you have very serious muccle pain the next day then ur gonna get stronger!.
if you dont get no muzzle pain in the area then ur not doing it good enough
you really need to push ur self and make sure you struggle the last few

Depends, have you put any weight on mate!? Sometimes you wont be able to feel the difference until its get greater!. But the weight u bench has increased slightly so you know youre getting somewhere!. Getting big isn't an easy proccess, stick it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you working out alone!. the best thing to do would be to work out with someone that will push you to work harder!. You can and must lift more than you think you can to make progress!. People's physical abilities are higher than you think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your exercising in a gym try doing push ups sit ups and stuff like that at home alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you might try doing more reps!. while decreasing your weight amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
