How can i burn fat in my legs?!


Question: How can i burn fat in my legs!?
ive read other questions and answers and people say you cant just burn fat in a specific spot alone by doing just any exercise!. i would really like to burn fat or tone my lower body!. im skinny i would say everywhere else except my legs!. i do squats regularly in my opinion, i run every other day (week days only, in school) but ive read different things that say squats and running alone do and dont work!. i generally dont eat healthy either and thats pretty much why im asking this and if possible, can i maintain a good shape while still eating unhealthy!? also i have no equipment and if you have any suggestions on anything i can do i would really appreciate it!. if i sound stupid sorry i right now am reading through this and finding it impossible to answer so!.!.!.whatever advice you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to break it to ya but diet and exercise go hand in hand!. If you want to eat whatever you want you are going to have to exercise even harder to burn off those extra calories!. I tend to gain weight on my lower half as well!. The more muscle mass you have , the more calories you burn because muscle burns more calories than fat!. I would recommend, in addition to running, a little bit of weight training a couple of days out of the week!. If you don't want to bulk up, I would use light weights no more than ten pounds or so but do a good amount of repetitions!. Such as doing twenty squats holding ten pound weights for three repetitions then switch to something else like calf raises, bicep curls, etc!. Do weights every other day to give your muscles a day to recover on the 'off' days!.

Are you doing long distance running or sprint running!? Look at all the great long distance runners and you will see that their legs are very thin but their counter parts that do sprint running have thicker legs!. If you are just wanting to build up your legs which will in turn burn the fat, biking is a good one!. To burn fat always remember low weight with high repetitions!. Also remember to stretch out your legs after any work out to elongate your leg muscle mass!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that you should do some leg bending stretches!. bend up then down or you can just go for a run
